Training Class, Tainan
Training Class is designed for those who dedicate in advancing their Zen practice in order to see their true nature.
The class is an on-going 3-session course. The first 2 weeks’ classes are 60-minute sessions on Saturdays at 9am to 10am. The class will be started with a lecture on the skills of doubting meditation and Zen concepts and followed by a 30-to-40-minute sitting session. The 3rd week’s class is a monthly daylong class on Sundays 9am to 4pm. Training Class is an on-going course; students are encouraged to take the course continuously to deepen their Zen experience.
Students in Training Class are also required to participate in the Center’s events and operating jobs, and accept the assigned jobs in the Center.
After learning and practicing Zen meditation in the center for 6 months, students may apply for the Disciple Program and join the Club None Class.
