Bridging Class, Taipei
Bridging Class is the last session of our 3-session Beginner’s Class, aiming to introduce the meditation technique of doubting meditation (Chn. huatou, Jpn. wato, Krn. hwadu) , a traditional Zen method that has been widely applied and proved as a way to lead people to enlightenment and the major meditation skill that we apply in all our classes and retreats except the Beginner’s Class.
Bridging Class is also open to meditants who are not familiar with the skill of doubting meditation but are interested in joining our Advanced Class, Training Class, Daylong Class and Retreats. In this 60-minute class, you will learn the brief history of doubting meditation and the skill of practicing doubting meditation.
