Meditate with the breeze, phytoncide, and sound of traffic at the Outdoor Meditation Ground in Daan Forest Park!
We provide outdoor meditation sessions on most Saturdays from 8:30 am – 9:30 am at the Outdoor Meditation Ground in Daan Forest Park. All are welcome to join the public sitting sessions. No registration is required. Feel free to meditate with us as often as you can to build up a regular sitting habit!
Class Cancellation
If the weather or condition is not allowed, we will cancel the sitting session and post the cancellation message on Facebook during the lunch time (12 pm – 1 pm) on the prior Friday. Please like and follow us on FB for the updated class information.
Tuition-free. Donations welcome
We provide tuition-free meditation classes, but we do ask that you consider providing a donation. The None Zen Center is run entirely by donations. It is the loving gifts from our teachers, students, and friends, which create a tuition-free learning environment for Zen meditation, and so will your generosity surely pass on the same love to others.
We recommend a NT$200 donation for each sitting session. Donations of greater and lesser sums are all appreciated. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
