Bridging Class, San Jose
The Bridging Class is a 3-session course to help students who have completed the Beginner’s Class in the Center (or who have learned meditation before but want to learn a new meditation skill) to get familiar with the Zen technique of Doubting Meditation (Chn. huatou, Jpn. wato, Krn. hwadu), a traditional Zen method which has been widely applied and proven to lead people to enlightenment. The class meets on Wednesdays 6:30pm – 7:15pm. Online registration is required.
We provide tuition-free meditation classes, but we do ask that you consider providing a donation. The None Zen Center is run entirely by donations. It is the loving gifts from our teachers, students, and friends which create a tuition-free learning environment for Zen meditation, and so will your generosity surely pass on the same love to others.
We recommend a $60 donation for the three session Bridging Class, but donations of greater and lesser sums are all appreciated. No one will be turned away.
You may give the gift at the Center or donate online.
Classes will be held on the following dates:
