Bridging Class, San Jose
Bridging Class is a 60-minute course to introduce the brief history and practicing skill of doubting meditation (Chn. huatou, Jpn. wato, Krn. hwadu), a time-tested Zen method that has been widely applied and proved as a way to lead people to enlightenment and the major meditation skill that we apply in all our classes and retreats except the first 2 sessions of the 3-session Beginner’s Class.
Bridging Class is designed for practitioners who have meditation experience but want to practice a new method to deepen their meditation level. The bridging class will be held on demand. Please sign up for the class online and we will try our best to schedule the class to fit your time. Sign up now!
We provide tuition-free meditation classes but do ask that you consider providing a donation. The None Zen Center is a non profit organization and run entirely by donations. It is the loving gifts from our teachers, students and friends that create a tuition-free learning environment of Zen meditation, and so is your generosity that surely will pass on the same love to other people.
We recommend a $20 donation for the Bridging Class, but donations of greater and lesser sums are all appreciated. No one will be turned away.
